Sowed Seed Living is dedicated to providing safe, supportive housing for vulnerable populations. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance and a stable foundation from which to rebuild their lives. Our mission is to create an environment where residents can focus on personal growth, healing, and achieving independence.
We believe that a stable environment is built on integrity and mutual support. To maintain the harmony of our homes, we require all residents to remain in good standing with program rules and regulations. Participants are evaluated on a month to month bases. We are honored to continue providing you with a safe and stable place to call home.
Our Services
Supportive Housing
We offer fully furnished homes where you can find the stability and peace of mind you deserve. Our shared spaces are designed to be a safe haven for everyone committed to their journey. To make things easy, we take care of all the essentials—including utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry—along with round-the-clock surveillance to ensure you always feel secure and supported.”
Community Support Program
Our homes are designed to foster independence through mutual encouragement and meaningful peer connections. In our peaceful, substance-free environment, you’ll find the space you need to focus on positive life changes. We specialize in supporting functional, independent residents by providing a safe place to land while you navigate your path.”
Independent Living Service
We house veterans, those transitioning from homelessness, domestic survivors, and ex-offenders. Our comfortable shared accommodations start at $750 per month and require a one-time $250 community fee after program acceptance. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality home for everyone we serve. For your convenience, we currently accept “SSI/SSDI and private pay.”
